Gearbox Noise in Neutral - Video

When it neutral it's a weird maybe kind of crunching noise? I've attached video anyways - does anyone know what this could be and wether it's an actual issue?

Also occasionally upon cold start the very first time I change from first to second I'll hear a clang under the bonnet, but then never again...weird.
